General FAQs

Most couples book 12–18 months out, especially for peak season (May–October) and Saturday dates. If your wedding is within 6 months, reach out right away, last-minute availability exists, but dates fill quickly.

Absolutely. After you submit a contact form, Taso can schedule a consultation call or in-person meeting to discuss your vision, answer questions, and walk through the planning process. This helps make sure it’s the right fit before you commit.

Yes, but with a filter. Guest requests are welcomed and considered, but Taso reads the room and makes the final call on what gets played and when. The goal is to keep the dance floor packed, not to play every request that comes in.

Typically 2–3 hours depending on the scope of production. This includes sound, lighting, DJ booth, and any enhancements like uplighting or special effects. Setup happens before guests arrive so everything is ready and tested.

If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, Taso works with you to transfer your date (subject to availability). Cancellation terms are outlined clearly in the contract. The deposit is non-refundable, but flexibility is offered when possible.
